Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training is a foundation training for new teachers to build the confidence and gain the skills necessary to start their teaching career. 

Goals:

200hr Hot Yoga Training

Hot Yoga Teacher Training is a foundation training for new teachers to build the confidence and gain the skills necessary to start their teaching career.

300hr Master Training

Master Training is an intermediate/ advanced training for existing teachers to deepen their practice and broaden their careers.  

Goals:

  • Confidence in creating custom class sequences for various intensions
  • Understand how to conduct student assessments and create tailored programs for 1:1 private yoga classes
  • Ability to lead special programs, ie. pranayama & meditation classes, workshops and retreats

Continuing Education Provider

Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider programs are workshops for teachers' professional growth and career development.  These events are open to all, however topics generally gravitate towards teachers expanding their teaching skill sets.

Public workshops are for any and all yogis interested in learning more about Yoga.  


Workshop topics vary from beginner to advanced.

Corporate/ Private Yoga

Corporate programs are available at your office or off-site location.  These programs are tailor made to meet the unique and diverse needs of your company or team.  Corporate sessions can be delivered as either wellness lectures or traditional group yoga class.


Private yoga classes are available at your residence or other off-site location.  Sessions are tailored to individual needs or for small groups and are based on asana, pranayama, meditation, or philosophical goals.
